It is really very simple! First cut them in half and then make a sugar sirup and put it to boil. When the sirup boils, put the appricots in for a very short time, just for them to get a fisrt boil. Don’t let them in too long because you want them to remain crunchy!.Put them in the jar at once so that it closes airtight!
